Ashley Rudnick, Psy.D., DBSM

Dr. Ashley Rudnick is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has provided Behavioral Sleep Medicine services in the Chicago area since 2014. She completed her Psy.D. degree from Roosevelt University in 2012 and entered the field of Sleep Psychology during her postdoctoral fellowship. In 2020 she attained certification through the Board of Behavioral Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Rudnick specializes in research-based, non-medication treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). She also addresses circadian rhythm disorders, hypersomnia/narcolepsy, nightmares, CPAP-related anxiety, and adjustment difficulties in patients with sleep apnea. Dr. Rudnick has clinical expertise in the relationship between sleep and various medical and mental health conditions. She offers a warm, personalized approach by emphasizing each patient’s unique strengths and therapeutic goals. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages to optimize sleep health and quality of life.
